We conduct interdisciplinary research in collaborative teams. Our lab is a hub for engineers, scientists, designers, and clinicians working on a broad range of projects to address compelling societal needs related to human movement.

We are driven by impact. We are continuously humbled by our interactions with children with cerebral palsy and their superhuman parents, persons with spinal cord injuries, and the ability of us humans to push the limits of our performance. Our research and service commitments are aligned to improve the lives of patients, design lasting biomedical devices, and train the next generation of researchers and scientists.
